About the Hair Removal Laser
The 808nm diode laser hair removal machine utilizes a diode laser with a pulse-width of 808nm to penetrate hair follicles. Since the absorption capacity of melanin for laser is large, the laser is preferentially absorbed by the melanin, which will then be destroyed by the laser. In contrast to this, only little laser will be absorbed by the epidermal melanin (comparing with 694nm ruby laser and 755nm emerald laser), thus there will be little adverse reaction. Diode hair removal laser machine is suitable for removing the unwanted hair from different parts of human body.

Principle of Therapy
Basing on the selective light absorption theory, we let the diode laser generated by laser hair removal machine pass through the skin surface and penetrate the hair follicles by adjusting the wavelength, energy, and the pulse width to realize the hair removal purpose. In the hair follicle and hair shaft, there are plentiful melanin spreading between the follicle matrix and moving to the hair shaft structure. Notes
1. There are many factors may lead to an adverse reaction: the melanin content, the curing part, the machine type, the energy density, and the cooling approaches, especially the seasonal changes and sunlight.
2. We commit that there will be little adverse reaction after a laser hair removal surgery. The most commonly seen is pigmentation, hypopigmentation, folliculitis, and acne; scars are rare.
3. If there is erythema occurred, there is no need to worry or do special treatment. It will subside spontaneously with 3 days. Considering the diversified physique of human body, very few patents may suffer from the erythema for tens of days.
4. Pigmentation is rare and mostly temporary. Most people can get rid of it within several months. Causes for pigmentation may be excessive laser energy, untimely ice application, or direct sunlight.

6. After the hair removal surgery, patients are suggested to apply a cold compress with ice bag to reduce the erythema and swelling. High-temperature water or hot environment should be avoided on the day of treatment.
7. For those patients suffering persistent erythema, some corticosteroid hormone may work.
8. To reduce pigmentation, users need to take some measures to protect their skin from UV rays: avoid the sun when it is strong, and use sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher. For those patients easy to be tanned, their sun protection should be lasted to next treatment.
9. After a treatment, the hair on the treated part will fall off within several weeks and can be easily pulled out. Please don’t take this phenomenon as hair regeneration.
